Agreementについて
CLIENT SELF-LIABILITY AGREEMENT

本サービスはお客様の自己責任のもとで提供されます。アテンド中の事故・怪我・損失についてサービス提供者は責任を負いません。All services are under client’s own responsibility. The provider is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses during the attend.

ホテル・航空券・旅行保険はお客様ご自身でご手配ください。ご希望の方には旅行会社をご紹介します。Hotel, flights & travel insurance are arranged by the client. Travel agency referral available on request.

キャンセルは7日前まで全額返金。3〜6日前は50%返金。2日前以降はキャンセル料100%が発生します。Full refund up to 7 days prior. 50% refund 3–6 days prior. No refund within 2 days of service.

ご予約後にAgreementをメールにてお送りします。署名・返送が確認できた時点でご予約が確定となります。Agreement is sent by email after booking. Reservation is confirmed once the signed agreement is received.

Business activities in the US carry different risks than in Japan. Clients are responsible for understanding local laws, customs & safety standards.
